A. We are happy to help you choose a replacement piece up to three months after you receive your book. If you look for a new piece on your own, try to match the original's dimensions and scale.

A. The beauty of this service is that it allows you to compare prices for similar items on your own. We will always keep your budget in mind but will specify what works best.

A. Structural changes fall under the category of full-service design. Visits to the site and talking with the contractor are important in these instances. eDesign services do not include structural changes since the actual site is not visited.

A. When ordering your pieces make sure to review the merchant's policies on damaged goods. Check packaging and blanket-delivered furniture upon receipt. Take photos and report to the vendor any damages right away.

A. Please check with the lighting vendor on your home's particular wiring needs.


A. Benjamin Moore colors are rich and their formulas make them easy to apply. In our experience color-matching may not yield the same finished result.

A. There are lots of variables here but usually it is more costly to reupholster. That said, if you have a well made sofa that you love, spend the money and get some great fabric to reupholster it. You won't be sorry.

A. Yes, the multiple room rate can be applied up to one year after the start the initial project.
